As a normal part of our activity, we collect and, in some cases, disclose information about our users and visitors to our website. The User who registers on Detribu through their personal account on a social network ("Personal Account"), or in any way accesses Detribu through their Personal Account, expressly consents that Detribu:

Has access, at any time, to all the information contained in their Personal Account, including, but not limited to, their Personal Information, information about their interests, preferences, contacts, and any other content hosted in their Personal Account. Includes in said account, messages, photographs, videos, and any other type of content. It is expressly agreed that at any time the user registered on Detribu may request the cancellation or closure of their registration application, and/or the closure of their account or deletion of their account and information from Detribu's database. Confidentiality of Information

To access the services reserved exclusively for duly registered users, they will be provided with a personal password. This password must be kept absolutely confidential and under no circumstances should it be revealed or shared with others.

The user will be responsible for all actions taken using their password, including bearing the cost of any fees that may be incurred or any damages that other users may suffer as a result. If, for any reason, a user believes that someone else may know their password, they must change it by accessing the navigation menu.

This right will be exercised by Detribu at its sole discretion when it deems it appropriate or necessary to maintain the integrity and security of the community and its users, to enforce the General Terms and Conditions and other site policies, and to cooperate with law enforcement and compliance efforts.
